ACCOUNTS MANAGER NEW SOUTH WALES
Huntsman Optics is looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to lead our New South Wales sales strategy, strengthen key dealer relationships and expand our presence throughout the state.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the outdoor industry and is ready to take ownership of a growing sales territory.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the NSW sales strategy and achieve agreed growth targets.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key dealer accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Promote Huntsman Optics and its represented brands.
Negotiate commercially sustainable sales outcomes.
Manage sales forecasting, reporting and territory planning.
Provide outstanding support to dealers and customers.
Attend dealer events, demonstrations, trade shows and industry events.
Travel throughout New South Wales and interstate when required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Five or more years of sales experience in the outdoor,
hunting, fishing, camping, sporting goods or a related industry.
Proven sales leadership, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
Experience managing dealer, wholesale or business-to-business accounts.
A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
An unrestricted driver licence.
A valid passport and willingness to travel.
A genuine interest in the hunting, fishing, camping or outdoor industry.
